My name is Trang_

I'm a designer and front-end developer based in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Although my focus is on visual communication and crafting user experiences, I've tackled diverse projects, including creating informational and interactive designs, developing responsive websites, enhancing application accessibility, and conducting usability research. My educational background in math and science has allowed me to efficiently learn valuable technical skills and methodologies, enabling me to effectively troubleshoot obstacles and deliver high-quality results.

I enjoy designing digital experiences and solving intricate problems. To me, every design decision serves as a communication tool: text conveys information, colour conveys emotion, layout conveys structure. While each element may not always adhere strictly to these roles, this forms the foundation of my approach to crafting experiences. I view design as the combination of art and functionality; it's a creative expression that simultaneously addresses challenges. It embodies a collaborative journey between the designer and their audience.

To arrive at the most suitable solution, my methodology encompasses comprehensive research, ideation, iterative development, user testing, and then refinement, followed by implementation. I’m always open to expanding my skill set and adopting innovative tools and methodologies.
